What to expect:
Follow Luakahi St through the residential neighborhood. You will eventually reach a gated community with a guard, ask for a hiking permit and proceed. Take a left until the end of Oko'a St and park here.
Pass around the gate at the end of the road and follow on the paved road.
Look for the trail which inclines up a set of steps to the first hump on the ridge. Follow this dirt trail until you meet with the power line.
